Standard UK delivery costs £3.95 for orders under £40 and £5.95 for orders under £20. They offer free standard UK delivery when you spend over £40.00.

Can I return my Whittard UK order?

If you wish to return a product to them for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of the despatch date (or by 31st January for orders placed in November and December) to one of their UK stores. The item must be in a saleable condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. They'll refund or replace the item should you so wish.
