Does FutureLearn charge me shipping fee to deliver my certificate?

They don’t charge you anything in addition to the advertised price of their products for shipping. The cost of shipping certificates to you is incorporated into the price of their paid products.

What do I do if my certificate doesn't arrive?

The majority of their certificates arrive without any issue. If you’ve been waiting longer than six weeks for your printed certificate, please email [email protected] with your order number. (This order number is included on the “Thanks for your order” page and in the confirmation email you received when you paid.)

Can I switch from Monthly to Annual Subscriptions?

You can switch your monthly subscription to annual from your Account page. From your Account go to Unlimited Subscription; you will be taken to the subscription plan page, where you will be able to switch your current Monthly plan to Annual.

What payment methods does FutureLearn accept?

They can only accept payments made by card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) or PayPal via their online system. Payment for Expert Tracks and Unlimited subscriptions can only be made by card; PayPal is not currently available for these products.
