However, if you want to be able to earn a certificate for a course and complete assignments, there is a fee that will vary depending on the course. The fees for the verified track usually range between $50 USD and $300 USD.
- What courses offer edX financial assistance?
- Most courses that offer verified certificates award Financial Assistance for learners who cannot afford the verified certificate fee. If a course is not eligible it may not appear as an option on the form after you have enrolled.
- How do I apply for Financial Assistance in a program?
- To receive financial assistance for a program, you will need to enroll in each program course separately. On the program enrollment page scroll down to Courses in this program. Click on the title of one of the courses listed to expand it. Click View the course to view the course enrollment page, where you can Enroll in the free audit track.
